1. How do I order?Ordering at Massage Warehouse Australia is an easy and simple process:
1) Click on the products you want to purchase,
2) Add them to your Shopping Basket, and
3) Go to the Checkout!
4) Once at the checkout you can accept your purchases and proceed to make payment
Here you will be asked to provide the purchaser and delivery requirements.
An Account will be activated and you will be able to use your order number to track delivery
Like all shopping experiences, you can pick up and put back products until you are happy with your purchases.
2. How do I find an item?
There are three ways you can find an item.
1) You can type a few keywords relating to the item your want in the "Search" box located
at the top of the side Menu Bar and then press click on "Go". or,
2) Click on "List Categories" on the side Menu bar to display all product categories, or
3) Choose a "product category" from the side Menu bar and preview each item before
selecting "view" for more information.

Yes, it is safe to purchase using this website. Orders placed with us are are encrypted, using Secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL). 4. How soon can I expect to receive my products?
There are three delivery options available:
Parcel Delivery
This is the most economic way of delivery. Generally, if you place your order before noon (EST). and the order is available, your order will be sent within 24 hours of confirmation and funds clearance, to be delivered within 1-5 business days depending on your region. Custom products are delivered direct from the manufacturer and may take up to 10 working days.
Express Parcel Delivery
If the order is available and funds cleared, it will be delivered within 1-2 business days across most Australian regions.
Express International Couriers
For international buyers, Australia Post offers an express courier service. Speed of delivery depends on your delivery location and product weight.

5. Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes, we do ship outside Australia. Use our eStore as usual, and when you are ready to buy, press the "checkout" button at the top of the screen. Make sure you complete all the details correctly including your email address and contact details. All prices are in Australian dollars. Currency conversions are calculated at the daily rate.
6. How do I track my order?
The progress of your order will be monitored and relayed to you by email. Please make sure you delivery address and email address are accurate to facilitate this. When your order leaves our store you will automatically be advised and a tracking number assigned. eParcel is offered by Australia Post to track deliveries.
7. What discounts can I get?
Massage Warehouse Australia provides discounts on two levels.
1) General monthly specials are advertised at our website on the specials page (see side Menu Bar)
2) Current members of the Australian Massage Therapists Network (AMTN) receive an automatic

8. Can I get a catalog?
Massage Warehouse Australia is committed to the reduction of paper waste and prefers to provide all information to customers electronically. If you cannot find a product on our site we will email the product description, photo and price for your reference.
