Shipping Policies

Back Orders
If your order includes an item that is not currently in stock, you will be notified at the time of order and will be given an opportunity to either hold the order or have it processed.  Out of stock items will be forwarded by ordinary mail/parcel post as soon as it is available for shipping.

Custom Orders
Custom orders (ie colour, fabric) are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.  These orders are not-refundable through Massage Warehouse Australia but may be recovered directly from the manufacturer. Delivery of custom orders will vary according to product.  In most cases large orders such as massage tables will be delivered under separate order direct from the manufacturer.  Delivery costs are charged separately by the warehouse on such items.

International Orders
The correct amount for shipping and handling of international items is based on weight and freight options.  For the purpose of ease, all international orders will be forwarded using Australia Post Economy Air and customers.  We will not accept liability for lost international shipments. Customers can request insurance through Australia Post.
 
Payment
When an order is made to the warehouse, you are required to indicate the preferred payment method.  This may be EFT, Credit Card or Cheque/Postal Order.  If your preferred method is Credit Card then details are required to initiate the order process. 
 
All orders are checked for final shipping costs and stock availability.  This is provided to you on an invoice prior to processing of payments.  Customers will have an opportunity to modify or cancel their order where colour or product availability varies or shipping costs vary considerably from the initial order. This is likely for heavier products such as massage tables.  EFT payments, cheques or postal orders should not be forwarded until the invoice is issued.  The Invoice will include the EFT details for the warehouse.

Consumer Information

Privacy
Your information is kept under a secure database and will not be given or sold to anyone. Upon registration, you will be automatically added to our mailing list, which you may unsubscribe at any time. Massage Warehouse may give additional savings for registered members, however it is not mandatory for us to do so.   For more information see our Privacy Policy.
 
Mailing List
Mailing lists are not used outside of MWA.  Customers may periodically receive electronic information about sales and specials from MWA. 

Repairs
All items are checked for condition and quality when they are packed for each order.  Faulty items may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers discretion. If you have receieved a faulty item please contact MWA Accounts on +61 (03) 9939 6350 for manufacturer lists and instructions.   

Returns
The products that we make available through our eStore have been selected according to our "useability" benchmarks.  These include features such as durability, popularity, environmental responsibility, safety, guaranteed quality and reliability.  However, we acknowledge that at times it is not always possible to be sure that a product meets your expectations without handling it prior to purchase. Therefore, Massage Australia Warehouse will provide a replacement or refund on a product that fails to meet your expectations.  For health and safety reasons, the following conditions must be met by customers if a product is being returned for replacement or refund.  These are listed below.

  • Include a copy of your delivery docket listing the product being returned.
  • On the reverse side or on an attached note, list reasons why you wish to return the product.
  • Using padded packaging, return your package via Australia Post Express Delivery or similar, to Massage Warehouse Australia PO Box  64 Caulfield South Australia 3162, at your own expense. 
  • Keep a record of your order and the delivery docket until you have received a credit.  Replacement products are mailed out with your next order unless you arrange otherwise.
  • Note: Postage and handling fees are non-refundable

Note: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Washed and/or used linens/covers pillows/bolsters
  • Unwrapped videos, CDs, and DVDs
  • Open bottles of oils, cremes, lotions, and gels
  • Used bottles of oils, cremes, lotions, and gels
  • Open and/or used electric products

Massage Warehouse Australia is committed to reducing waste of discarded business products and products that include substances that may be harmful to our environment when they break down.
